Alien Brainz™
This all came about while I was working on a traditional paperweight. I tried a new technique for creating the inside shapes and it went a little wonky. While I was cooling it to place into the annealer, Joy burst out: "It looks like an ALIEN BRAIN!" It did. The name stuck and I began making them on purpose to great delight. Serendipity is where it smacks you in the face. Not for everyone, I suppose, but these guys are really cool.
